Our Beijing correspondent reports that Chinese Premier Li Keqiang is no longer among the 205 Central Committee members of the 20th CPC Party Congress which means he will not be reappointed to the nation’s all-powerful Politburo Standing Committee.
Li had announced at the Premier’s press conference during this year’s NPC in March that it was his last press conference as Premier. New Premier will be announced at the next NPC in March 2023. Till that time, he will continue as Premier.
