General Secretary of CPN (Maoist Center) Dev Prasad Gurung has said that the current government will remain until the term of Parliament.
Speaking at an interaction organized at ‘Samvad Dabali’ on Wednesday, Gurung said, “This equation will continue for the rest of the Parliament. There may be different games in it, but the current equation will go on for the rest of this Parliament.”
He also said that the third investment conference was a success. He said that although internal capital is the main factor for the country’s development, it should move forward by bringing in external capital.
“Internal capital is the main thing for the country’s development, but based on our needs and priorities, we can make the country prosperous by bringing in external capital along with job creation. Accordingly, the government has organized the third investment conference”, he said.
General Secretary Gurung, who recently returned home after a 10-day visit to China, said that China is always ready for the peace, prosperity and political stability of Nepal in an interaction held at ‘Samvad Dabali’ in Anamnagar yesterday.
Stating that 30 people under his leadership met with the Chinese Communist Party and high officials of the government for 10 days, he also mentioned that China wants to see a stable government in Nepal. He expressed his belief that the visit will also help to bring the relationship between the Chinese Communist Party and the Maoist center to the people.
