Meeting between Deputy Prime Minister Singh and Chinese Ambassador ‘Chen Song’
Kathmandu. A courtesy call was held between Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh and Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song.
A meeting was held between Deputy Prime Minister Singh and Ambassador Song at Singh Darbar on Thursday. During the meeting, the ambassador from China congratulated the Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister and wished success in his tenure.
Cooperation in the field of urban development between Nepal and China has also been discussed. China is ready to help in the reconstruction of Rukum and Jajarkot after the last year’s earthquake, Ambassador Song said in the meeting, the ministry secretariat informed.
During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Singh asked Nepal to extend more support to the two countries.
