Eight Israeli soldiers killed in blast in southern Gaza

Kathmandu. Eight Israeli soldiers have been killed in an explosion in the Rafah area of southern Gaza. According to the Israel Defense Forces, the explosion occurred on Saturday when all these soldiers were inside an armored combat engineering vehicle (CEV) named Namr.
This is the first time such a large number of soldiers have been killed since an explosion in Gaza in January killed 21 Israeli soldiers. According to international media, the incident took place at 5:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

The Israeli army team that went out to destroy the terrorist bases of Hamas in the northwestern area of Rafah’s Lake Al Sultan area was returning after killing about 50 terrorists.
