French Open: Nadal to play for 14th French Open Singles title against Ruud

Kathmandu: Rafael Nadal will play for his 14th singles title of the tournament when he takes on Casper Ruud of Norway at Court Philippe-Chatrier in the men’s final of French Open tennis on Sunday evening. 36-year-old Nadal, who is seeking to become the oldest winner at Roland Garros, is yet to lose a final while eighth seed Ruud will be playing his first slam final. In the semi finals, Nadal defeated third seed Alexander Zverev who had to pull out due to an ankle injury, while Ruud, came from a set down to beat Croatian Marin Cilic.
