The meeting of the Bilateral Consultation Mechanism between Nepal and Finland concluded in Kathmandu today. Mr. Ganesh Prasad Dhakal, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Nepal led the Nepali delegation & Mr. Pasi Hellman, Under-Secretary of State of Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland led the Finnish delegation.
