Kathmandu– In March 2025, 121,800 foreign tourists visited Nepal. According to the Nepal Tourism Board, this number is of tourists who arrived by air.
According to the board’s data, 298,000 tourists entered Nepal in the first three months of the year.
In January, 79,900 and in February, 96,800 tourists visited Nepal.
In March, the highest number of tourists came from India, 21,412.
Similarly, 11,443 came from China and 11,920 from the United States, according to the board’s data.
8,886 came from Sri Lanka and 5,995 from the United Kingdom.
In March, 35,287 tourists came from South Asian countries alone.
