Kathmandu: Nepal Foreign Minister NK Shrestha Prakash met with Russian Dep. FM Andrei Rudenko in Tehran & raised the issue of Nepalese serving in Russian army & requested their release. As per sources, Rudenko ack. that this concern is being raised by several SA countries & assured will be addressed promptly.
