Nepali Congress, UML issue whips for lawmakers to vote against PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s confidence motion

The Nepali Congress (NC) has directed its lawmakers to vote against Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s confidence motion, which is scheduled for July 12. The party has instructed all its members of the House of Representatives to be present and vote against the motion.

Similarly, the CPN-UML, another major party in the federal parliament, has also issued a whip requiring its lawmakers to vote against PM Dahal. This coordinated effort between the Nepali Congress and the UML aims to oust the Dahal-led government and establish new administrations at both federal and provincial levels.
