Greater Noida : Noida International University (NIU) has inaugurated its Regional Admission Office in Kathmandu in collaboration with Espot International Education Consultancy, Nepal. In the morning, followed by the cake and ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Noida International University Light Board at Espot-New Road Office, Professor (Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj, Vice-Chancellor, Noida International University, and Rakesh Kumar Baidhya, Managing Director, Espot, jointly lit the auspicious candle at the newly opened office. The strategic expansion will acquaint local students with the courses, teaching methodology, and progressive learning approach adopted by the leading educational institute. A warm welcome was organised by Espot staff for the Noida International University delegation. In the evening, at The Malla Hotel, Lainchour-Kathmandu, Noida International University organised the inaugural ceremony to expand its reach and presence in the Pan-Asia region.
A glitterati event was organised to mark the landmark achievement in the history of Noida International University. Professor Prem Narayan Aryal, Vice-Chancellor, Pokhara University; Professor (Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj, Vice-Chancellor, Noida International University; Akash Sharma, Director Admissions and Outreach; Ms. Alkananda Misra, Dy. Director Admissions and International Relations and Rakesh Kumar Baidhya, Managing Director, Espot International, were presented as chief guests at the formal inaugural ceremony to declare the inception of the new partnership. During the inaugural ceremony, Professor (Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj, Vice-Chancellor, Noida International University and Professor Prem Narayan Aryal, Vice-Chancellor, Pokhara University, lit the lamp. After the lamp lighting ceremony, both the Vice-Chancellors announced that both universities would soon sign an MOU for Academic Collaboration. Ms. Alkananda Misra, Dy. Director Admissions and International Relations held the welcome speech at the beginning of the program. The program formally began by giving due respect to the national anthem of both the countries, Nepal and India. Noida is currently at the forefront of the choice of students who want to study in India. It is known as one of the best cities in India.
