North Korea’s weapons production expansion

Kathmandu,  An American study has concluded that North Korea is expanding the capacity of its weapons production plant. A new investigation by a US-based think tank has shown that North Korea is expanding the capacity of its weapons plant to manufacture the missiles used by Russia against Ukraine.
This factory manufactures ‘KN-23’ and ‘KN-24’ missiles. According to researchers at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in the US, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has visited the factory located in Hamhung, the second largest city in North Korea.
North Korean state-controlled media had claimed that it had produced a large number of strategic missiles. It is claimed that North Korea sent the missiles to Russia and that Russia is using them in the war in Ukraine. Agency
