Now there is no exemption from imprisonment and amnesty based on access: Home Minister Lamichhane

 

Banke , Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Affairs Ravi Lamichhane has said that pardons will no longer be waived based on access.
Home Minister Lamichhane said this while speaking at the inauguration program of the Regional Jail located in Baijnath Rural Municipality 3 Nauvasta, Banke.
Home Minister Lamichhane said that the practice of waiving pardons based on access will be stopped forever. Home Minister Lamichhane said that prisoners who behave well will be pardoned according to the law.
He said that there is a government for those who have no one, and he said that the government is sensitive to the fact that there is usually a problem in the rehabilitation of those who have spent their lives in prison and returned home.
Home Minister Lamichhane said that the country is currently suffering from fires and mentioned that all levels of government should work together to control the fires.
He informed that the ministry has already given instructions to the subordinate agencies to solve the problems of citizens.
