A Russian fighter plane has crashed into a building in the Irkutsk city of Siberia wherein the two pilots were killed.
According to the government report the war plane , a Sukhoi Su -30 fighter was on a test flight while it crashed on a residential building in the Siberian city. It is for the second time in less than a week in which a Russian fighter plane has crashed in a residential area.
