Kathmandu: Russian President Vladimir Putin has reached Vietnam. After 24 years, Putin arrived in Vietnam today after completing a two-day state visit to North Korea.
Putin was welcomed at Hanoi’s international airport by Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha.
According to the international media, today Putin arrived there to hold talks with the Communist leaders of Vietnam. After being sworn in for his fifth term in May last year, Putin visited Southeast Asian country Vietnam after China and North Korea.
Putin is visiting Vietnam for the first time since 2017. In addition to talks with the top leaders of Vietnam, Putin visited the place where the body of the founding leader of Vietnam was laid to lay a wreath.
