US private space company SpaceX launched 21 Starlink satellites on Monday.
The satellites were launched on a Falcon 9 rocket from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 12:35 p.m. ET, according to SpaceX.
SpaceX later confirmed the deployment of 21 satellites, including 13 with ‘direct to sail’ capabilities. According to SpaceX, Starlink will bring high-speed broadband Internet access to unreached areas.
