Kathmandu,  Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who fled the country, has reached Russia. Asad, who fled the country after not being able to face the rebels, has reached Moscow, the capital of Russia.
Asad and his family are said to have been given refuge by Russia on ‘humanitarian grounds’. Asad fled the country after the rebel group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham captured the Syrian capital Damascus on Sunday morning. Agency
