The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued arrest warrants for two Russian military commanders for alleged war crimes

Kathmandu. The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for two high-ranking Russian military commanders. The Hague-based International Criminal Court-ICC has issued an arrest warrant for Serge Kabilas and Viktor Sokolov for war crimes in Ukraine. The court alleges that they ordered their forces to fire missiles at Ukrainian electricity infrastructure for five months.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has not commented on this. Both of them, who have been issued arrest warrants by the ICC for Ukraine war crimes, are Russian military officers of the second list. A year ago, the court issued an arrest warrant against the Children’s Commissioner along with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Russia, which is not a member of the International Court of Justice, has been claiming that the court issued a discriminatory order due to the influence of the Western alliance
