USAID’s Samantha Power likely to visit Nepal on February 5. There are also chances of US Secretary of State Blinken coming here following his India trip in early March.  Samantha Power will be the highest-ranking official to visit Nepal after Dahal took office. She is also a member of the US National Security Council.
