Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has said that China and the European Union are partners rather than rivals.
In a telephone conversation with Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijártó, he said that Hungary is the first European country to sign an intergovernmental cooperation document with China for the “Belt and Road” cooperation.
