100 days have passed since the Israel-Hamas war. After the fighting that started on October 7 when Hamas fighters entered Israel and caused violence, Israel has continuously attacked and destroyed most of Gaza.
So far, 24,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli military operations in Gaza, West Bank and Tel Aviv. In the last 24 hours alone, 135 people have been killed in Gaza by Israeli forces. Al Jazeera reported that 312 people were injured.
In Israel, demonstrations were held demanding the release of relatives captured by Hamas. Thousands of people demonstrated in the capital Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and other cities. On October 7, Hamas attacked various places in Israel and took nearly 300 people hostage from different countries, including Israel, including Nepal’s Vipin Joshi.
Although some hostages have been released in the interim ceasefire, a large number of hostages have not yet been released. Since October 7, 82 journalists have been killed while reporting on the Israel-Gaza war.
