16th, Five Year Plan passed by the Cabinet

Kathmandu- The government has passed the 16th Five Year Plan.
The Cabinet meeting held at Singha Darbar on Tuesday decided to approve the 16th Five Year Plan.
After the meeting, the Minister of Communication and Information Technology and Government Spokesperson Rekha Sharma while informing the decision of the meeting with the media persons said that the government has decided to pass the 16th plan after discussions at various stages.
Similarly, the government has also decided to pass the policy and program for the next financial year 2081/082 which President Ramchandra Paudel will present at the joint meeting of the federal parliament.
“The Honorable President called on the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament to approve the policy and program, it was discussed,” she said. Before the financial year, the 16th five-year plan, which was prepared by the National Planning Commission at various stages, was discussed and it was decided to pass the 16th plan.
On behalf of the government, at 3 o’clock today, President Paudel is presenting the government’s policy and program for the coming financial year at the joint meeting of the federal parliament.
