Dhurandhar Worldwide Box Office Day 14: Ranveer Singh Surpasses Rajinikanth’s Highest Grosser in Just Two Weeks

Aditya Dhar’s spy thriller Dhurandhar continues its record-breaking run at the box office, with the Ranveer Singh-starrer crossing ₹700 crore worldwide within 14 days of release. The film has now overtaken Rajinikanth’s highest-grossing film, setting a new milestone for the actor and the franchise.

Released in theatres on December 5, Dhurandhar has delivered consistently strong numbers both domestically and overseas, emerging as one of the biggest commercial successes of the year.

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection: Day 14 Breakdown

According to figures shared by producer Jio Studios, the film has earned a net domestic collection of ₹479.50 crore in its first two weeks.

  • Week 1 collection: ₹218 crore

  • Week 2 daily figures:

    • Saturday: ₹34.70 crore

    • Sunday: ₹53.70 crore

    • Monday: ₹58.20 crore

    • Tuesday: ₹31.80 crore

    • Wednesday: ₹32.10 crore

    • Thursday: ₹25.70 crore

The second-week earnings surpassed the film’s first-week performance, highlighting strong word-of-mouth and repeat viewership.

Worldwide Collection Crosses ₹710 Crore

As per Sacnilk estimates:

  • India gross: ₹552.50 crore

  • Overseas collection: ₹158 crore

  • Worldwide total (Day 14): ₹710.50 crore

With this, Ranveer Singh has surpassed Rajinikanth’s 2.0 (₹691 crore worldwide) and moved ahead of Jailer (₹604.5 crore), becoming one of the fastest films to achieve this feat.

The film is now eyeing the lifetime worldwide collection of Aamir Khan’s PK, which stands at approximately ₹792 crore.

The first instalment follows Ranveer Singh’s character Hamza Ali Mazari, later revealed as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, an undercover operative infiltrating a Baloch gang in Pakistan.

The second part of the franchise is scheduled for release on March 19, 2026.
