Actor Vidyut Jammwal sparked widespread online attention after sharing a striking Instagram video that showcases his commitment to physical discipline and mental resilience. In the clip, Jammwal is seen blindfolded while pouring hot candle wax onto his face—an act he described as a tribute to ancient martial traditions.

Posting the video, the actor wrote that the moment honours Kalaripayattu and yoga, practices he credits for helping individuals transcend physical and mental limits. Trained in Kalaripayattu since childhood, Jammwal has consistently highlighted the role of martial arts and yoga in building control, endurance, and focus.

The video quickly went viral, drawing a mix of astonishment and admiration from fans. Actor Adah Sharma, Jammwal’s co-star from the Commando franchise, reacted with a light-hearted comment, while many viewers praised his dedication and endurance. Several users noted how yoga and disciplined training can expand human potential, with others calling the actor a “legend.”

On the professional front, Vidyut Jammwal is preparing for his Hollywood debut in Street Fighter, scheduled for release on October 16, 2026. He recently shared his first look from the film and expressed gratitude to fans for their continued support.

Jammwal was last seen playing the antagonist in the Tamil film Madharaasi. His most recent Hindi release was Crakk. While there has been no official confirmation about his next Hindi project, fans are eagerly awaiting updates on the next instalment of the Commando franchise.
