CG Electronics successfully concluded a three-day National Promoter Meet in Kathmandu on Feb 19, 20, and 21, bringing together more than 125 promoters working across Nepal.

The event featured promoters representing leading international and domestic brands including LG, CG, Midea, TCL, Godrej, Crompton, Beko, Sensei, Kent, Elica and Black & Decker.

The three-day program was strategically designed to strengthen sales capabilities, enhance product knowledge, elevate customer service excellence, and develop brand-focused strategic thinking among promoters.

Participants received hands-on training on the latest technologies, key product features, competitive market insights, and practical approaches to offering customer-centric solutions.

In addition to technical and product training, the event included structured engagement activities and motivation-focused sessions aimed at boosting professional confidence, strengthening teamwork, and deepening organizational commitment.

According to CG Electronics, these initiatives significantly enhanced morale and performance readiness among promoters.

Promoters demonstrating outstanding performance across various categories were formally recognized and awarded during the event, acknowledging their valuable contributions to brand growth and customer satisfaction.

The company expressed confidence that this initiative will further motivate the sales team to deliver more responsive, efficient, and customer-focused service nationwide.

CG Electronics stated that such national-level training and empowerment programs will enable consumers to access the most suitable products with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

The company also reaffirmed its commitment to prioritizing human resource development, continuous training, and performance-based incentive programs in the days ahead, ensuring consistently superior customer experiences across Nepal.
