Kathmandu : Chairperson of the Nepal Micro Insurance, Ashish Shrestha has been arrested.
A team of the Central Investigation Bureau of the Nepal Police today held Shrestha from Kageshwori Manohara area for investigation on an offense under the Insurance Act, 2079.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Shiva Kumar Shrestha shared that Shrestha has been arrested for investigation as the Nepal Insurance Authority mentioned that he committed an offence related to Clause 140(6)(1) of the Insurance Act in connection with his involvement in Nepal Micro Insurance Company.
