The Central Working Committee meeting of the main opposition Nepali Congress has taken up discussions ranging from preparations for the party’s 15th General Convention to a review of the government’s first 100 days in office. The meeting, held at the BP Smriti Bhawan at the party’s central office in Lalitpur on Sunday under the chairmanship of party President Gagan Kumar Thapa, discussed contemporary political developments and the party’s future strategy. General Secretary Pradeep Paudel presented various proposals for discussion. Preparations for the 15th General Convention have been listed as the major agenda of the meeting.
