Kathmandu. 227 shops were destroyed in a fire in a seafood market in southwestern South Korea. The fire that broke out at around 11:08 p.m. is about 170 kilometers south of the capital Seoul.
The fire was completely extinguished after about nine hours as the fire brigade found it difficult to douse it amid strong winds and the packed structure of the market. Out of 292 shops in the market, 227 shops were burnt down.
No one was injured in the market when the fire broke out. It is said that the real cause of the incident is being investigated. agency
