Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s Council of Ministers has been expanded to include 23 members. In the latest development, Deepak Karki, a member of the House of Representatives (HoR), has been appointed as a State Minister. He has been designated as the State Minister for Forest and Environment, as confirmed by Sailaza Regmi Bhattarai, spokesperson for the Office of the President.
