RSP relieves Dr Mukul Dhakal from the post of General Secy and Spokesperson

Kathmandu: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has removed Dr Mukul Dhakal from his position as General Secretary and Spokesperson.

A central committee meeting held on Tuesday morning decided to relieve Dhakal of his duties as General Secretary and Spokesperson. The party had earlier suspended him on disciplinary ground.

Despite recommendations from the party’s disciplinary committee, the Central Committee opted to retain his general membership.

According to party sources, Dhakal has been given 35 days to appeal the decision.
