Kathmandu: Foreign Secretary Bharat Paudyal visited former Foreign Secretary Bishwa Pradhan, and honoured him for his distinguished services. Prof. Pradhan is among the diplomats serving Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Nepal in 1961-year Foreign Service rules were enacted for the first time.
