New Delhi: Varanasi to be the first city in SCO region to be granted the rotating title of ‘Cultural & Tourism capital of SCO’ under new mechanism during India’s SCO chairship from Sep 2022-Sep 2023. India will takeover as SCO chair from Uzbekistan.
