Kathmandu : President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Sumnima Tuladhar, the ambassador to Denmark, the non-resident ambassador to Norway.
The appointment was made in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, according to the Office of the President.
