New Delhi. Adani Group, the business group of Indian billionaire businessman Gautam Adani, has sold 2 companies. The group has sold all the shares of its 2 wholly owned subsidiaries.
Aviceda Infra Park (AIPL) and Innovate Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. It is said that an agreement has been signed with Adaninex Pvt. Ltd., a company of Adani Group, to buy (IBPL). This agreement was made for 5 billion 40 million baht. According to the filing submitted by the group to the stock exchange, it has been agreed to sell AIPL for 190 crores and IBPL for 350 crores.
Adaninex Pvt. Ltd. It is a promoter group company of Adani Enterprises. Adani Connects and EdgeConnects have equal ownership in it. It also works to develop data centers on a global scale. It is said that the agreement will be completed by March 2024 after the completion of the transaction process.
