Kathmandu: UN Peacekeepers Day was observed at the UNHQ today. Permanent Representative/Ambassador of Nepal to the United Nations, New York Amrit Rai received Dag Hammarskjöld Medal on behalf of 3 fallen Nepali Peacekeepers.

We express our deepest condolences to the families of those who sacrificed their lives for the cause of world peace.
