Border 2 Box Office Collection Day 10: Sunny Deol Film Nears Rs 400 Cr Worldwide

Sunny Deol’s Border 2 continued its strong run at the box office, crossing Rs 367 crore worldwide by Day 10 and aiming for the Rs 400 crore milestone.

On the second Sunday, the film earned Rs 22.50 crore in India, according to trade tracker Sacnilk. The total net collection in India now stands at Rs 277 crore, while gross earnings in the country have crossed Rs 330 crore. Worldwide collections have reached Rs 367 crore.

Border 2 recorded an overall occupancy of 36.64 per cent across 4,395 shows on Sunday. Jaipur led with 61 per cent occupancy from 186 shows, followed by Chennai at 43 per cent across 81 shows. Delhi NCR registered 39.50 per cent from 1,239 shows, while Mumbai recorded 31 per cent from 727 shows.

The film has overtaken Dilwale to become Varun Dhawan’s highest-grossing film. It also surpassed Good Newzz, Crew, and Udta Punjab to emerge as Diljit Dosanjh’s highest-grossing release. Directed by Anurag Singh and produced by T-Series and JP Films, Border 2 is the sequel to the 1997 blockbuster Border.

The film features Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty in lead roles, with Medha Rana, Anya Singh, and Sonam Bajwa in key supporting roles.
