Canada and Mexico strongly challenged Trump’s tax announcement

Kathmandu, Mexico has said it is preparing to unveil its own tariff plan, dismissing the Trump cartel’s claims.
While Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has asked his consumers to buy local goods, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has also denied the American claim. He has denied US allegations that his government has close ties to criminal organizations.
He said he will announce his country’s plan to respond to trade tariffs imposed by the US on Monday morning local time.
The Trump administration has imposed 25 percent tariffs on Canadian and Mexican imports and 10 percent additional tariffs on Chinese goods, effective Tuesday.
