Ceasefire will not begin until Hamas releases list of prisoners: Israel

“The Prime Minister has instructed the IDF that the cease-fire, which is scheduled to take effect at 8:30 a.m., will not begin until Israel releases the list of hostages promised to be provided by Hamas,” the Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement.
