China bans Boeing jet deliveries and similar purchases

Beijing – China has ordered its airlines not to take delivery of new aircraft from US aircraft manufacturer Boeing.
According to a report by Bloomberg, Beijing has also ordered a halt to the purchase of US-made aircraft parts and equipment. China issued this order in response to the 145 percent tariff imposed by the US.
Boeing Airplane is an American company that manufactures airplanes, rockets, satellites, telecommunications equipment and missiles. The company was founded by William Boeing on 15 July 1916.
Airline companies in many countries use Boeing-made planes. Boeing is the US’s largest exporter and the world’s third-largest defense contractor.
China has also banned the export of 7 precious metals (rare earth materials) amid the escalating trade war with the US. China has also blocked shipments of magnets needed to power cars, drones, robots and missiles to Chinese ports.
These materials are crucial to the automobile, semiconductor and aerospace industries. The decision will affect automotive, aircraft, semiconductor and arms manufacturing companies worldwide. They will also be very expensive. On April 4th, China issued an order to ban the export of these 7 precious metals.
Now, according to this order, these precious metals and the special magnets made from them can only be sent out of China with special permission.
