China will share more benefits with Nepal and other developing countries: Ambassador Song

Kathmandu. Chen Song, the Chinese ambassador to Nepal, has said that China will expand unilateral openness to underdeveloped countries and open its goods, services, capital and labor markets to the rest of the world in a systematic manner.Stating that the decisions of the recent third plenary session of the 20th meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China are important for China and the world, he assured that the high level of openness will increase development opportunities and share more benefits with developing countries like Nepal.

In his statement today, he stated that the plenary session held in the capital Beijing from June 31st to July 3rd drew a new blueprint for China’s economic and social development, and clarified that it is of great importance to China and the world, and that it is China’s commitment to keep faith in modernity and increase reforms.

Since the beginning of China’s reform and opening up, every third plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee emphasizes reform issues and formulates plans and arrangements for China’s development for the next five to ten years.

The Chinese ambassador has said, ‘Indigenous and foreign entrepreneurs and observers have also said that the third plenary meeting has given a positive and warm signal not only to China but to the whole world, besides, they have expressed their belief that there will be more investment and development in China and stability in the world amid growing geopolitical tensions and protectionism.’
