First meeting of the National Convention Representatives Council of the CPN-UML is taking place in Lalitpur today

Today, CPN (UML), the first meeting of the National Congress Representative Council, Godavari, started at Sunrise Hall. In the political report presented by honorable chairman KP Sharma Oli in the meeting, it has been decided to develop CPN (UML) from a strong national power to a decisive national power. KP Sharma Oli, Chairman of the CPN (UML), has asserted that there are no internal disputes within the party concerning leadership and policy.

A total of 2,454 general convention representatives would participate in the two-day meeting. Party Chairperson KP Sharma Oli would chair the council meeting where Chair Oli would present the political report while General-Secretary Shankar Pokharel would present the organizational report.

Similarly, Central Disciplinary Commission, Central Accounts Commission, Central Election Commission and Central Advisory Council would also present their reports in the meeting, said Chief of UML Publicity Department, Rajendra Gautam.
