Kathmandu, The President of South Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol, has apologized to the people. He has apologized to the Korean people after he failed to declare martial law to be effective from 12 noon on December 3rd. Within 2 hours after he imposed the martial law, the parliament filed a motion to repeal it. He accepted it and withdrew the martial law and returned the army.
