Liu Jianchao, the head of the International Liaison Department of the Chinese Communist Party arrived in Kathmandu for a four-day visit
Kathmandu: Liu Jianchao, the head of the International Liaison Department of the Chinese Communist Party, has arrived in Kathmandu for a four day visit.
Liu landed at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu this morning for a four-day visit, leading an eight-member delegation.
Officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed him. He will call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Minister for Foreign Affairs Narayan Khadka, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, and CPN-Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal among the leaders.
