Beijing, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that he wants to work to turn Nepal into a digital Nepal and he has a dream to make Nepal a digital Nepal.
He expressed this opinion in his response after inspecting Huawei, a digital company based in Beijing, China.
Prime Minister Dahal said, ‘With the growing development of science and information technology in the world, the current world is slowly going digital, we have also dreamed of turning Nepal into a digital Nepal.’
He urged the Chinese investors to invest in the field of information technology in Nepal as Nepal is currently in the initial stage of science and technology development.
He urged Chinese investors to invest in this sector as there are many areas of investment made by Chinese industrialists in Nepal and information technology is a new and profitable area among them.
On that occasion, he also expressed his commitment that the Nepal government will protect the investments of all investors from the world who come to invest in Nepal and also create the necessary environment for investment.
Prime Minister Dahal, who is currently on an official visit to China, and his delegation reached the headquarters of the company today. The high officials of the company gave a special welcome to the Prime Minister. The multinational company produces mobile phones, laptops and other electronic products.
