Nepal Foreign Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha addressed this evening the reception hosted for the Non-Resident Ambassadors accredited to Nepal. He highlighted Nepal’s foreign policy outlook and emphasized the need of expanding engagements, including in the areas of trade, investment and tourism.

Foreign secretary Ms Sewa Lamsal addressed the opening session of the Dialogue on Democracy in Inclusive Society jointly organized by the Government of Indonesia in collaboration with the Institute of Foreign Affairs of Nepal in Kathmandu this morning. The Dialogue was attended by members of think tank, media, academia and civil society from Nepal and Indonesia. The delegation from Indonesia had paid a courtesy call on Foreign Secretary the previous day.
