Nepal reaches the final in WAF Women’s Championship, Lebanon defeated by 2-1

 

Kathmandu. Nepal has entered the finals of WAF Women’s Championship. Nepal won by 2-1 goal over Lebanon in the semifinal. Nepal returned to the game from a 1-0 goal in last night’s game at Prince Abdullah Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Nepal had scored a suicide goal in the first half. In the 37th minute, Puja Rana gave goalkeeper and captain Anjila Tumbapo Subba turned into a back pass goal. Nepal could not use it even though he got the opportunity before the break. In the 76th minute, Savitra Bhandari scored a draw goal and returned Nepal to the game.
