Russia, Ukraine agree to stop military attacks in Black Sea

Kathmandu– Recently, the US held separate talks with Russian and Ukrainian officials on the Russia-Ukraine war. The US issued a statement on Tuesday about the decisions made in both talks.
The US said that both Russia and Ukraine agreed to ensure the safe passage of merchant ships and to stop military attacks in the Black Sea.
The US said that both countries would help exchange prisoners of war, release detained civilians, and return Ukrainian children forcibly taken to Russia.
Ukraine and the US have agreed not to attack Russian and Ukrainian energy facilities. Necessary steps will be taken for this.
In its statement, the US said that it would support Russia in exporting agricultural products and fertilizers and facilitate Russia’s access to ports.
