New York. US President Joe Biden has said that the balance of power in the Middle East has changed from America’s approach to Syria.

Biden outlined a three-pronged approach to the conflict, which includes “support for partners, sanctions and diplomacy, and the use of military force if necessary,” while signaling he would maintain a US military presence in Syria.
“We are aware that ISIS (Islamic State group-IS) will try to take advantage of this vacuum to restore its capabilities and create a safe haven for itself,” Biden said. We will not let that happen.’
