Academic cooperation between Nepal and India

 

Kathmandu, Nepal Sanskrit University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Yadavprakash Lamichhane has said that the research culture should be developed in the university.
He discussed that the cooperation and academic activities between the universities of Nepal and India and the academics there are commendable. The participants in the conference on ‘Concept of Education National International Context’ held in Kathmandu on Wednesday said that academic upgrading of both countries can be done through dialogue.
Research Director of the University Research Commission, Lal Prasad Amgain, said that in case of research, collaboration with universities in Nepal and India should be done. Madhav Prasad Adhikari, registrar of Culture University, said that the research of one country will help another country.
Dr. Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center Director of Indian Embassy. Ashawari Bapat said that the language of one country provides an opportunity to exchange experiences of another country and learn many subjects. Krishna Kumar Kanak, secretary of the Hindi Research Association, discussed that India is a repository of knowledge.
