Noida: India’s trusted realty experts, BOP.in through its initiative ‘BOP Connect’ has joined hands with RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, to introduce a Delhi NCR-wide initiative that brings practical real estate learning to college campuses. It will take place across leading institutions with the objective of reducing any gap between classroom learning and industry expectations. Students will get clearer career pathways in sales, marketing, digital operations, research and project roles, there by gaining exposure to real market conditions through workshops, masterclasses, mentorship, sessions on digital tools, and industry networking connecting them to recruiters and live projects.

Mr. Vishal Joshi, Chief Marketing & Growth Officer at BOP.in, addressed the MBA & BBA students and emphasized the ongoing transformation within the real estate sector. During the session, he highlighted the growing importance of AI and technology in marketing, communication, and lead management. He also explained how education is evolving with new trends and updated the students on the current scenario of the real estate industry.

Mr. Joshi encouraged students to take charge of their careers early by learning practical, ground-level techniques used across the industry for growth and development. He also introduced the United Network platform, where anyone can register, start freelance work, gain industry knowledge, and work toward becoming financially independent.

This initiative brings the students closer to the actual forces shaping the market, given that the sector is expanding on the back of rising aspirations, higher disposable income, metro connectivity, airport-driven corridors, young homebuyer demand, and the growth of nuclear families. It prepares them to match the pace, expectations, and opportunities of the industry with skill and confidence, so that they can step into it with more knowledge of where the sector is really headed.

Speaking on the collaboration, Mr. Gaurav Mavi, Co-founder, BOP.in, said, “Real estate is one of the fastest-evolving asset classes of our time. The students merit exposure to the real world, and we seek to take this directly to their campuses. This alliance will bring clarity, direction, and surety to explore real estate as a viable career option. We will continue to build such alliances that will usher young talent into the sector with the right skills and knowledge base.”

They’ll get a clear view of how infrastructure near airport zones shapes demand, how micro-markets like Noida and Greater Noida rapidly growing, and how lifestyle-driven communities are shaping new residential trends, why both budget and luxury housing are growing simultaneously, and how digital presales, influencers, freelancers, CRM specialists, analytics teams, and content professionals are now central to modern real estate.

In short, students will get a firsthand understanding of how opportunities in this industry are expanding across sales, marketing, digital, and research, operations, and project communication.
