The case against RSP Chair Rabi Lamichhane has been scheduled for hearing at the Supreme Court. The hearing pertains to a writ petition filed against the Attorney General’s Office’s decision to reinstate the passport misuse case against Lamichhane. The case has been listed for Monday before a bench of Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Nrip Dhwaj Niraula.
